All seeds sold by Underwood Gardens are sold without warranty, expressed or implied, as to the description, quality, productiveness, suitability for a specific purpose or any other matter. We will in no way be responsible for the crop. In all cases our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the seed when we are notified of any problem within a year of purchase.
The identity, description and germination information of the seeds are believed to be correct, and due to the rare and difficult nature of many of our varieties, we must disclaim all warranties. All complaints will be given due consideration, and, in placing an order, the purchaser agrees to the above terms.
